Both fast-expanding technologies and the global economy have made change an everyday way of life for most companies, but the most effective change occurs only after organizational design is baked into the business strategy. By aligning HR strategies with those of emerging and evolving businesses, companies can increase productivity, performance and their pace of growth, even in tumultuous times. This session will review the steps toward achieving positive change through organizational design - a process that has a direct impact on staffing, development, engagement and performance management. It also will provide real-life examples of organizational design at work, including departmental reorganizations, and ways to marshal expertise and resources to successfully change the company structure as well as executive HR strategies.
