SpartanNash Expands Loyalty Program

American food distributor and grocery store retailer, SpartanNash, is rolling out a new customer relations platform for its loyalty program to get better customer data, according to Supermarket News.

Headquartered in Michigan, SpartanNash also plans to expand its Yes Rewards loyalty program to North Dakota Family Fare and Family Fresh banners and some Omaha, Nebraska locations.

The program includes email, pharmacy, fuel and club promotions.

“With regard to the loyalty program, I’m pleased with our progress in developing a more robust consumer relations platform and our ability to analyze our findings,” said Dennis Eidson, president and CEO of the Grand Rapids, Mich., company.
